(ViThaHC) ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 22 ธันวาคม 2563 และเริ่มดำเนินกิจการอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันที่ 16 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564 เป็นหนึ่งในผู้บุกเบิกในการช่วยแก้ปัญหา  และดำเนินการด้านเอกสารต่างๆ สำหรับชาวเวียดนามที่พำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทย โดยเน้นช่วยเหลือ 3 ด้านหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การแปล 2)งานนิติกรณ์และการรับรองเอกสาร 3)งานด้านวีซา (Visa)   ถึงแม้ว่าเราจะเป็นบริษัทที่เพิ่งก่อตั้งขึ้นใหม่ แต่เราก็มั่นในผลงานของเรา เพราะว่าพวกเรามีทีมงานหลักที่เป็นมืออาชีพและความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้าน ซึ่งจะมีส่วนช่วยให้ชาวเวียดนามที่พำนักอาศัยในประเทศไทย หรือชาวไทยที่พำนักอาศัยในเวียดนาม (ไม่ว่าจะเป็นกรณีศึกษาต่อ หรือทำงาน) สามารถดำเนินชีวิตได้ โดยปราศจากความกังวลใจจากเรื่องดังกล่าวนี้
